It was there that I learned how to become a <strong>professional real estate consultant<\/strong>, offering well-structured proposals and using digital marketing tools to craft a complete investment experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But my journey didn\u2019t stop there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Antalya, <strong>everything was clear<\/strong>\u2014from regulations and contracts to market expectations. I learned how to present a property as an <strong>investment opportunity<\/strong>, not just a place to live. I used visual content and designed promotional materials that combined <strong>cinematic storytelling with precise information<\/strong>. I worked with investors from various nationalities and gained insight into how each one thinks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Later on, and specifically <strong>after the fall of the regime<\/strong>, I visited my hometown <strong>Damascus<\/strong> with the goal of establishing a <strong>professional real estate business<\/strong> there. I found a market completely different from T\u00fcrkiye. In Syria, properties aren\u2019t sold through digital platforms alone\u2014they\u2019re sold through <strong>relationships, trust, and a deep understanding of people\u2019s needs<\/strong>. The Syrian market is full of challenges, but also full of opportunities for those who know how to read and develop it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Today, I operate in both the Syrian and Turkish markets<\/strong>, offering consulting services that combine <strong>Turkish structure with Syrian flexibility<\/strong>.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I help investors understand the differences and design strategies tailored to each environment.
