A Professional Experience Across the Turkish and Syrian Real Estate Markets

I began my journey in the world of real estate in the city of Antalya, where organization, transparency, and modern projects are driven by numbers and returns. It was there that I learned how to become a professional real estate consultant, offering well-structured proposals and using digital marketing tools to craft a complete investment experience.

But my journey didn’t stop there.

In Antalya, everything was clear—from regulations and contracts to market expectations. I learned how to present a property as an investment opportunity, not just a place to live. I used visual content and designed promotional materials that combined cinematic storytelling with precise information. I worked with investors from various nationalities and gained insight into how each one thinks.

Later on, and specifically after the fall of the regime, I visited my hometown Damascus with the goal of establishing a professional real estate business there. I found a market completely different from Türkiye. In Syria, properties aren’t sold through digital platforms alone—they’re sold through relationships, trust, and a deep understanding of people’s needs. The Syrian market is full of challenges, but also full of opportunities for those who know how to read and develop it.

Today, I operate in both the Syrian and Turkish markets, offering consulting services that combine Turkish structure with Syrian flexibility.

I help investors understand the differences and design strategies tailored to each environment. I use my experience in Antalya to enhance offerings in Damascus, and my understanding of the Syrian market to provide deeper insights for investors in Türkiye.

Working between two very different markets taught me that success doesn’t come from following one model, but from the ability to adapt, read the context, and deliver the right solution for each investor.
Today, I see real estate as a bridge between ambition and reality, between structure and flexibility, between Antalya and Damascus.
